LOW-NOISE with significant noise reduction.

APPLICATION: For sizing and jointing of wood-based panel material with and without coating. Limited suitability for chip boards with low density and front-end processing of solid wood

MATERIAL: Chip board, MDF, Multiplex, hard wood and soft wood longitudinal, wood-based panel material.

MACHINE: Edge banding machines

DESIGN: Jointing cutter with alternating axial angle for sizing and the production of tear-free jointing edges; with V-line gullet. Design optionally symmetrical or asymmetrial.

SYMMETRICAL DESIGN: Always adjusted to the centre of the workpiece. The tool is slightly convex at the outer diameter. For both right hand and left hand rotation.

ASYMMETRICAL DESIGN: Always adjusted to the bottom line of the workpiece. The tool is straight at the outer diameter, right hand or left hand design.
