What are CNC vacuum cups?

CNC vacuum cups play a key role in CNC wood machining centers. They are mainly used to fix and support workpieces to ensure the stability and accuracy of the machining process. The working principle is to use a vacuum pump to extract the air inside the suction cup to form a negative pressure, which creates an attraction with the surface of the workpiece, thereby firmly fixing the workpiece on the machining table. Main functions of CNC vacuum suction pods:

1. Fix the workpiece: Use vacuum suction to firmly fix the workpiece on the worktable, preventing movement during cutting, drilling, and engraving and improving machining accuracy.

1.Woodworking Pod and Rail Vacuum Cups
