How to Assmeble The Motor to The Reducer?

As we all known, motor can by supplied in various industrail fields, do you know how to assmeble a new motor to the reucer? Here below we’ll share with you that.

After corfirm the specifications of motor and reducer, keep the mounting surface of them clean.

Loosen and take out the sealing screw on the flange , then adjust the motor's larking coupling until the locking screw is aligned with the sealing screw mounting hole.

Take out the motor shaft key.

Confirm the motor shaft diameter. Given that it is inconsistent, you can steel bushing on it.

Vertically install the motor, 5% torque of screw torque sheet one, number 1324 in sequence, then use a wrench lightly lock the screws.

Placed motor and reducer vertically, refer to the recommended torque value in sheet 2, then locking both motor and coupling.

Reset and tighten the sealing screws.
