DNM 5AX series is a High Productivity Full 5-Axis or 5-Face Machining, ideal for customers new to the technology. Compact, productive and designed and built on DN Solutions’ classic DNM architecture.

5. DEF series: DEF 5005

DEF series is used in a wide range of manufacturing applications where high precision and surface quality are required and where complex curved surfaces and geometries have to be handled.

DEF series Highlights

a. High-performance direct-connected spindle and spindle & casting thermal displacement compensation are standard.

Optional 15k, 20k r/min high speed spindles provide stable machining performance by dramatically reducing vibration and thermal errors during high speed spindle machining.

b. X/Y/Z axes are equipped with roller type linear guideways to provide high precision and stable structure.

Outstanding axis system rapid traverse speeds (42 / 42 / 42 m/min for X/Y/Z axes and 25 r/min for B/C axes) enable high productivity, while machining flexibility and efficiency are enhanced by the B/C rotary axis.

c. Stable machining and convenient operation

The front-mounted tool magazine door and ergonomic design make it easy for the operator to approach and install the workpiece space. It is also easier to set up the machine and reduces the difficulty of operation, making it easy for more operators to master.
