This is a bearing supported rotary joints from SMARTC company, the model number is AU2000. It is a rotary units for CNC machine centers.

There are 3 options for AU2000V:

AU2000-M16xP15 LH Max. RPM 15000

AU2000-M12xP1.25 LH Max. RPM 15000

AU2000-M10xP1.0 RH Max. RPM 12000

SMARTC rotary joint Product Features:

1. High quality rotary joint and 2 precision bearings are mounted on a high rigidity shaft to ensure long time vibration free operation.

2. The shaft is specially heat-treated to increase rigidity.

3. Fixed ring closure is made of special material, made of wear-resistant carbon graphite, which is impervious to water and can be operated dry.

4. in particular, the dimensions of the rotating closure surfaces must be reduced to a minimum even at high pressures.

5. The closing face is partially well balanced according to SM's long mechanical experience.

6. The rotary joints have bronze retaining rings and can be used at high pressures up to 200 bar.
