This is a Z-Axis Zero tool setter for engraving and milling machine, the model number is JS-38S(G) or JS-38SG. This tool setter is suitable for Model Jade machine, Denture machine, Highlighting machine, Glass machine, Small engraving and milling machine.

It is one-piece contact head effectively prevents cutting powder and cutting oil from spilling into the internal part of the tool setter, ensuring high accuracy in harsh environments.

Special Notes

• the diameter of the tool should be controlled below 10mm in diameter.

• tool setting speed should be controlled below 50-200mm/min.

• the center of the tool should fall in the center of the tool setting surface.

• Do not rotate the head of the tool setting instrument by force.

• Ensure the levelness of the tool setting surface after installation.

• Please use the blowing device normally

• Use the ambient temperature range -25℃-70℃.

• the voltage should be controlled at 0-24V, the current is below 20mA, the recommended value is 10mA.
