Black Air Flotation Ball Valves without Spring for Homag FORMAT 4 KAPPA Beam Saw Air Tables

This black valve is an air table valve for the Homag and FORMAT 4 KAPPA beam saw floating table, suitable for beam saw air tables or other air tables.

Beam saw uses big circular saw blades to cut the wood panels into different sizes which we required. it is the most effective way to do the precise cutting job and maximize the cutting capacity. It is indispensable woodworking machinery.

Ball valves are integrated into the beam saw machine table surface. These release an airflow upon contact (placement of the workpiece) and thereby create the air cushion. So it will reduce the friction between the workpiece and the table surface. Thus the wood board will be easy to move, which can reduce workers' workload and improve efficiency. 

These air table valves are widely used in beam saw Homag and FORMAT-4 Kapa automatic 100 air cushion tables for panel cutting.
